Our Bottom Line bulletin board shares and emphasizes information regarding our in-house errors, customer complaints and the related cost impacts. Information is posted in detail by departments and by timeframes to provide meaningful feedback to our employees who make the difference in the success of our quality program.
Who is responsible for product quality?
Every employee and Walking managers on two shifts continually monitor quality. Employees perform six station quality checks. Our bar code progress tracking system insures smooth progress. Each employee who touches a customer’s job is responsible to adhere to our inspection procedures and must use required checklists.
